Our PVC cor­ner beads, angle beads and PVC cor­ner trims are spe­cially designed to be fast and easy to cut and fix on all walls that have tex­tured ren­der coat­ings, spray ren­der and acrylic ren­der fin­ishes on masonry, cement board or insu­la­tion board such as expanded poly­styrene.  PVC beads and trims dis­si­pate knocks reduc­ing dam­age and the fin­ish looks great. 

Appli­ca­tion

PVC cor­ner beads, angle beads and trims are used on all plas­tered or ren­dered cor­ners, reveals and exter­nal angles to ensure a straight edge and to offer pro­tec­tion against impact.

Pack­ing

Our range of PVC cor­ner beads, angle beads and trims come in the fol­low­ing packs:

25 no x 2.5m lengths in fibre­board boxes.

25 no x 2.8m lengths in fibre­board boxes.

25 no x 3.0m lengths in fibre­board boxes.

Fix­ing

Use a line of ren­der dabs which can be sim­ply applied or mud­ded on to the sub­strate.  If mechan­i­cal fas­ten­ings are used to fix PVC cor­ner beads, angle beads and trims, these must be stain­less steel when using the beads outside.  If fix­ing a CB4 or CB6 cor­ner bead or angle bead with nail clouts, ensure care is taken to not dis­tort the PVC beads out of shape.

Colours

Cur­rently Ren­der­plas PVC cor­ner beads, angle beads and trims are avail­able in Aus­tralia in a cream colour called Sand.  Upon request cor­ner beads are avail­able in a fur­ther twelve colours (White, Ivory, Brick, Ter­ra­cotta, Wheat, Peach, Salmon, Maize, Slate, Dove, Sky, Willow).
