Paperback stucco netting
Stucco paper mesh is the most widely used exterior cladding system in the construction of homes and buildings of up to 5 stories on the California coast and in the western United States.
It is the combination of three products that come together in a single roll of 31mt long by 0.95mt high, covering up to 92m2. It has a layer of felt paper of high quality and resistance, used as a vapor barrier; a thick galvanized steel mesh of 1.4mm diameter 17ga, with electrolytic galvanizing G-90; and a layer of Kraft paper, to join the mesh to the felt paper and ensure adherence at the time of the stucco.
It is a fast and economical system that offers the appearance of stuccoed concrete, in addition to having good behavior in the case of earthquakes and generating a moisture barrier from the outside.
*it is recommended to add an additional moisture barrier before installing over wood sheathing (OSB, Plywood, Sheathing, etc)
