Anchor for Refractory Bricks

Our Brick Hook anchors are used to hold onto the shell, the light weight insulating bricks, which are alumina and silica based, the anchors for this product family are made in nickel chromium steel alloy. Their shape has been designed to allow the various ways of anchoring these bricks.

Anchor for Castables :

Our Anchors hold the refractory lining on the shell of industrial furnaces. Our refractory anchors listed below are made with grades like Inconel, nickel chromium steel, SS 310, 316, 304 and any other grades. " V " waved shapes are designed in order to insure the best anchoring of the castable lining, when this one has dimensional variations due to ambient temperature evolution and mechanical stress as well. Welded onto the furnace shell structure to even out the load of the refractory lining, these load holding elements have a bracket shape. They are used as well to hold the burner blocks and to make them independent of the wall construction. These brackets are made of different steel parts, weld together, and according to a technology which grants a long shelf life.
