Refractory anchors
Refractory anchors and related materials are used for anchoring and assembling refractory ceramic fiber linings or for reinforcing monolithic lings of castables, plastics or ramming mixes; some industries are cement, ceramic, steel, thermal, petrochemical, power and many more.
We produce a wide range of standard anchoring systems, available in assortment of shapes and sizes usually in the shape of Y, U,C and V, etc. to match all types of lining; also provide availability of Refractory Anchors in unlike specifications as per the preferences of global clients. We offer anchors suitable for single and dual layer lining, brick, ceramic, fiber and castable refractory.
All refractory anchoring systems are produced in SS 304, SS 310, Alloy 601 and other heat resistant alloys.
Anchor for Castables :
Our Anchors hold the refractory lining on the shell of industrial furnaces. Our refractory anchors listed below are made with grades like Inconel, nickel chromium steel, SS 310, 316, 304 and any other grades. " V " waved shapes are designed in order to insure the best anchoring of the castable lining, when this one has dimensional variations due to ambient temperature evolution and mechanical stress as well. Several types are available in respect of their way of fixing and if they anchor a single layer or a multi layer lining:
V Anchors
Y Anchors
WV Anchors
Corrugated Anchors
UV Anchors
'T'-shape Metal Refractory Anchors
We produce numerous different types of anchor to meet the technical specifications of the main process and engineering companies.
Our Anchors of many shapes and sizes are manufactured for armouring anti-abrasive and anti-corrosive refractory linings up to 500 mm thick using round and/or flat bars, with the main materials being AISI 304, 410, 310, 321.
In addition to supply we has considerable experience in the creation of construction and assembly drawings outlining anchor layout.
Very competitive pricing is achieved due to the high production quantities generated with technologically advanced automatic machines.
