AMPLIGRIP is manufactured using the AMPLIFORM process. This unique process makes use of an aluminium alloy extrusion that firstly has slots punched in it at preset positions, using a purpose made machine. The extrusion is then stretched to a predetermined width on another purpose made machine. The Aluminium alloy is Grade 6063 in condition T6.
AMPLIGRIP may be used in most open grate flooring applications providing the correct engineering principles being applied.
AMPLIGRIP is available with 3 different bearer bar sizes in order to suit different load applications.
AMPLIGRIP is available in any length up to 6m in a single panel. We are able to cut to pattern layouts and can join for any layout.
