Anchor for Castables :

Our Anchors hold the refractory lining on the shell of industrial furnaces. Our refractory anchors listed below are made with grades like Inconel, nickel chromium steel, SS 310, 316, 304 and any other grades. " V " waved shapes are designed in order to insure the best anchoring of the castable lining, when this one has dimensional variations due to ambient temperature evolution and mechanical stress as well. Several types are available in respect of their way of fixing and if they anchor a single layer or a multi layer lining:

V-shaped Refractory Anchor

'V'-shaped anchors made from round metal bars. They are used for armouring very thick anti-abrasive and anti-corrosive refractory linings (up to 500 mm) and are made to comply with specifications of the major engineering companies and/or on specific request by the client. Our production department is able to carry out any kind of anchoring using round and/or flat bars. The main materials used for the production of  Refractory Anchors are AISI 304, 410, 310, 321.
