Armour-Anchors

Design
To meet industry demands, we have developed a range of independent Armour-Anchors, to be used in combination with Hexmetals / Flexmetals or as stand alone systems, we are licensed to manufacture the "S" Anchor and Curl Anchor systems which forms part of its armour programme.
 

Application
For edge and corner protection on a lining, for small and complex shapes and for small areas of repair within damaged linings where expansion is a problem for sheet armours.

Anchor for Castables :

Our Anchors hold the refractory lining on the shell of industrial furnaces. Our refractory anchors listed below are made with grades like Inconel, nickel chromium steel, SS 310, 316, 304 and any other grades. " V " waved shapes are designed in order to insure the best anchoring of the castable lining, when this one has dimensional variations due to ambient temperature evolution and mechanical stress as well. Several types are available in respect of their way of fixing and if they anchor a single layer or a multi layer lining:
